Site transactions
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We reserve the right to change and/or refuse any order you enter on the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order; including multiple orders entered by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the applicable contact information provided when order was submitted on the Site.
Shipping
- For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday–Friday by 2:00 P.M. EST.
- Overnight orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
- Overnight orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- 2nd-day orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Thursday will ship on Friday for Tuesday delivery.
- 2nd-day orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday will ship on Monday for Wednesday delivery.
- Federal holidays will impact delivery dates.
- Please note that certain products require a signature upon delivery.
You can select to send a package to:
- Billing Address—the same address as your billing address for your credit card.
- Shipping Address—an alternate address for you.
Free Shipping applies to all orders over $100.00, shipped via UPS Ground within the Continental United States (exclusive of Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories). A return-shipping label is included in each package of non-promotional items. Free Shipping details are subject to change at anytime without notice.
