Shipping policy

• For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday–Friday by 2:00 P.M. EST.
• Overnight orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
• Overnight orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• 2nd-day orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Thursday will ship on Friday for Tuesday delivery.
• 2nd-day orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday will ship on Monday for Wednesday delivery.
• Federal holidays will impact delivery dates.
• Please note that certain products require a signature upon delivery.

• Billing Address—the same address as your billing address for your credit card.
• Shipping Address—an alternate address for you.
